Our story began during COVID, when Trina Deans, LPN, watched her grandmother struggle alone in a nursing home. With 17 years of experience, she created B and D Tender Loving Care—named after her mother and mother-in-law—to offer compassionate companionship, homemaker support, and safety services delivered with the warmth of family.
